The SADD Saskatchewan lending schedule was last updated April 20, 2007. Please call (306) 757-5562 to check on availability. Please Note: We have received 2 new pairs of goggles. The office now owns 4 pairs.

- To order vision goggles or videos, please either complete the order form in your Chapter Manual, or email us your request.
- To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to submit your requests at your earliest opportunity.
- A confirmation form will be faxed to you after we receive your request. This form requires the advisor's signature.
- The order will be processed only when the signed confirmation form is returned by fax.
- Previewing videos/DVD's is not allowed due to high demand.
